About Andrea

I began my career in finance and, after taking time off to raise my children, found my true passion in real estate. My business is all about relationships; I don’t just want to sell you a house or find you a buyer for your home (although I will do those things, and I will do them very well!), I also want to develop a relationship where I am the trusted advisor you turn to for all your real estate needs. Even if you don’t have any plans to buy or sell, I am happy to answer any questions you may have about the market or to provide you with neighborhood information to keep you abreast of what is going on where you live. If you are currently looking to buy or sell, as your agent I will provide you with both personal and professional service that gets results. My extreme attention to detail from contract to closing will make your experience buying or selling a home as effortless and uncomplicated as possible.
When I am not working hard to serve you, I enjoy spending time with my husband of 26 years and my 3 adult sons. I love to ski, hike, and explore the world. I also volunteer at the Dripping Springs library, play in a recreational pickleball league, and have been on the same rec softball team in Dripping Springs for 15 years.

A spacious, sunlit living room in a modern Texas hill country home, featuring wide-plank light oak floors and crisp white walls. Large picture windows frame distant rolling hills and clusters of live oak trees, with native grasses visible just beyond a covered back patio. A stone-clad fireplace with a smooth limestone mantle anchors the room, while built-in shelving holds neutral-toned decor and a few tasteful ceramic vases. Captured in photographic realism at eye level with soft late-afternoon natural light streaming in, casting gentle shadows and a warm, welcoming glow. The composition uses the rule of thirds, with sharp focus throughout, conveying a professional, calm, and inviting atmosphere ideal for showcasing real estate in Dripping Springs and South Austin.
A stylish home office space in a South Austin residence, featuring a clean white built-in desk that runs beneath a wide double window overlooking a leafy backyard. On the desk sits a slim, modern laptop, a small stack of neatly arranged property files with color-coded tabs, and a single potted succulent in a matte concrete planter. Natural, diffused daylight filters through light gray roller shades, creating soft, even illumination and minimal shadows. The room’s walls are painted a gentle greige, and a simple framed map of the 78737 area hangs nearby. Captured in photographic realism at eye level with a slightly off-center composition, the mood is focused, organized, and professional, emphasizing thoughtful real estate planning.

Warm, golden evening light spills from a modern sconce beside the door, while the setting sun casts a gentle glow across the stone textures. Shot in photographic realism from a low, slightly angled perspective, the composition draws the eye toward the entryway, creating a mood of comfort, security, and upscale suburban living in the Dripping Springs area.
A detailed close-up of a tasteful real estate listing presentation arranged on a smooth wooden dining table in a South Austin home. A sleek, navy-blue folder embossed with a subtle silver house outline lies open, revealing neatly printed property brochures featuring images of local homes. A high-quality metal key with a small, blank key tag rests beside the folder. In the background, softly out of focus, a window reveals mature oak trees and a hint of a fenced backyard. Soft, diffused mid-morning natural light from the window creates gentle highlights on the folder’s textured cover. Shot in photographic realism with a shallow depth of field and a clean, professional mood, ideal for illustrating expert guidance and organization.
